A BOOKMARK FOR ME

Today I am popping in to share some inspiration with one of the very first Glimps images I ever got to work with and I have to say it is still one of the sweetest images there is....

Just as I joined the Glimps Team Veronica drew and made this gorgeous set of mystical cuties and I got to colour a few for there release but busy as I have been I never worked out a project for them and I thought it was high time that I changed that.....

First up is this cute little troll girl (get her here)

I have made her into a bookmark because I realised that while I have made bookmarks for both my girls I have never got around to making myself one and this year I am trying to read more..

I have also made a card with another of the cute images that came out at the same time.... this gorgeous little leaf baby (get it here)...

When a friend said today that she needed a card and gift for a new baby I new straight away that I could help with the card and when looking for the perfect image for a cute little girl I knew this nut baby was going to be perfect and off to a new home it will be going....

ATC - Fumetto Glimps - Puntata 1 [189]

      "C'era una volta,
una bimba con grandi occhi celesti ed un grande sorriso.
Viveva con i genitori in una grande foresta, con grandi alberi ed un grande lago.
Cresceva felice e serena dondolandosi tra i rami degli alberi.
Gli anni passavano e lei contiuava a dondolarsi.
Un giorno mentre si dondolava vide..."

allora continuate a leggere sulla serie di ATCs la prima puntata
del fumetto tutto Glimpettosooo :-))))
:-))) ahahahahaah ebbene si, potevo fare una cosa normale???
:-))) quando Veronica ci ha mostrato in anteprima questi bellissimi timbri della nuova collezione ho immaginato subito una storia con questo bocciolo

così bello e dolce.
Et voilà ecco la serie :-)))

:-)))) per realizzare questa serie mi sono ispirata alle striscie dei fumetti che leggevo da piccola, da Topolino a quello della Pimpa.
Così mi sono disegnata sul software della Silly (Silhouette Design Studio) la griglia del fumetto ed ho iniziato a inserire i seguenti timbri Glimps.
- Nutshell
- Bocciolo
- Upside down
- Hair up

Se volete saperne di più sui timbri digitali Veronica ha scritto un post
dove spiega tutto e vi mostra tanti esempi qui.
:-))) Con il Design Studio ho ridimensionato i timbri per farli entrare nei riquadri del fumetto,
ordinato la sequenza ed infine, stampato il tutto su carta copic da 250 gr.

Con la matita ho disegnato i vari sfondi dietro i timbri. :-)))
Poi con un pennarello nero ho  ripassato tutte le linee ed iniziato a colorare il tutto con i Copic.

:-)))) una volta colorato timbri e sfondo,
inizio a delineare i contorni dei riquadri e
ci aggiungo le ultime ombre.

:-))) le griglia misura 7 e 3/8 x 6 7/8,
cioè 1/8 di pollice più piccole di una serie composta da 6 ATCs,
per poter aggiungere 1/8 di bordino nero di finitura.
Questo è il risultato.... Mmmhhhh che faccio la taglio???? :-))))

:-))) questa volta ho fatto un po di fatica,
avevo pensato di lasciarla così!!! 

:-))))) ziiii l'ho tagliata, ma non verrà separata, rimarranno tutte insieme come una pagine di un fumetto!!!
