WAITING FOR SUMMER

It's Delphine here today! 

Are you dreaming of holidays and beautiful weather? 

I think I am! I am taking you to the beach today! 

For my post, I picked the sweet Vamos A La Playa, did some fussy cutting and coloured in Copics. 

Here are the colours I used:

Skin: E71, YR000, 00, 01

Hair: Y11, YR21, 27

Clothes: BG11, 13, V01

Hat: E50, 51, 53, 55, RV52, 55

Bag: BG11, 13, 45, 49

Glasses: C7, RV52, 55

I then picked some DPs to create a background for my character. From the top, I layered two Bella Blvd DPs, and added an MFT brown DP to suggest sand - a piece I cut with a Martha Stewart Punch. 

I then put all my elements together: background on the card base, a sentiment I cut from a Doodlebug pad that I put on foam for a bit of dimension, then I added my character on foam too. As a final touch, I put a few sequins and dots.
